The Isle of Man Post Office aims to ensure that it obtains best value for money when purchasing goods and services, to a suitable standard to meet the needs of the business.
All purchasing activities with suppliers are undertaken or monitored by either the Finance Director or Head of Procurement and Compliance.
As our corporate structure is defined as a Statutory Board of Tynwald, we must comply with strict financial regulations:
- The Government Procurement Policy approved by Tynwald in July 2017.

- Isle of Man Post Office Standard Terms and Conditions for Goods and/or Services
- Isle of Man Post Office Tender Plans for 2025/26
